Sage agasthiyar advises all to eat raw keela Nelli leaf to maintain a clean intestine. Basically it is important to maintain a healthy intestine.one rule is one should not pick keela Nelli leaf before sunrise or after sunset. One has to pray siddhar bogar as he is the guru for medicinal plants.
