Sage agsthiar about benefits of coming on foot to tirupathi

Sage aagsthiar in his description about tirupathi describes the conversation between lord venkateswara and sage naradha informing whover comes to tirupathi by foot get blessings and removal of curse from lord venkateswara as he watches from kali gopuram. After that garudalwar and adhiseshan remove the remaining curse for devotess on foot and remaining curse  will be removed when devotees take bath in pushkarani and when they worship gopura kalasam.
