Thirunarayur Nambi Temple - For Naga Dosha


In giving difficulties especially through mind planets ragu and ketu are special as they are able to absorb other planets strengths that join them or within their aspect.In one's birth chart if ragu or ketu are placed in 1,2,5,7,8 they will cause problems in health, family, married life and children.There is a temple called thirunarayur nambi temple in nachiyar kovil in thanjavur district which gives relief to this problem.

People affected by naga dosha offer new clothes to garudalwar who is with 9 snakes here on thursday. Devotees offer sugar rice, thulasi and new clothes for perumal  after fulfillment of wishes.Amman is called as vanchulavalli and she is the preferred deity before perumal here.  

This temple is situated at a distance of 10 kms from kumbakonam at nachiyar kovil on the way to thiruvarur.
