Naduthariyappar temple - Better Eyesight

One such temple is naduthariyappar temple situated in a place called kovil kannapur in thiruvarur district of tamilnadu.This temple is said to be more than 1000 years old.

There is a pond called gnanaguba theertham where people take bath and worship lord siva and amman for getting better eyesight which is affected by diseases.

There is another pond near by it which is called gangai theertham where people take bath and worship lord siva and amman for birth of a child.

Amman is called maathumai nayagi.This temple is situated in the route of thiruvarur to ettukudi.
