Jagadeeswarar Temple - Remedy for white skin

Several problems are created when pollution is created and one of them is malnutrition.Today skin problems are on the rise and skin turning in to white colour is a major problem and it is one of things that does not get cured easily.

People who are affected by malnutrition and having white skin can visit a temple called Jagadeeswarar  temple situated in a place called oogaiperayur in thiruvarur district.This temple is said to be more than 1000 years old.

There is a pond called agni theertham.People affected by white skin problem take bath in this and worship lord siva and amman to get cure.One has to travel 20 kms in the route of thiruvarur to mannarkudi via lakshumangudi  to reach a place called kamalapuram.From kamalapuram one has to travel 3 kms in south direction to reach this temple.
