Virutcha shasthra - Mercury dasa - moon bhukti remedies

The fifth sub period that comes in mercury dasa is moon bhukti.For avoiding bad effects caused by mercury, one has to plant santhana maram (Santalum album inn) according to virutcha shastra.It is called as சந்தன மரம் in Tamil.

The plant has to be planted on places preferred by forest department after obtaining permission from them.The plant has to be planted during first monday morning of mercury dasa moon bhukti period.Before one day of plantation, little bit of paddy has to be immersed in water.After plantation paddy water has to be served to the plant.The paddy should be given to birds.
