Virutcha Shasthra - Ketu dasa saturn bhukti

The seventh sub period that comes in ketu dasa is saturn bhukti.To avoid ill effects caused by ketu during saturn sub period one has to plant arasu maram (ficus religiosa) according to virutcha shastra. It is called அரச மரம் in tamil language.

The plant has to be planted on sides of pond, school campus and public charity campus.The plant has to be planted on first saturday of ketu dasa saturn bhukti in the morning.Before a day for plantation, little bit of sesame seeds should be immersed in water.After plantation sesame seed water should be given to the plant. The sesame seeds should be given to buffalo.
