  Navapashana is a rare thing and in ancient days siddhas like bogar installed god's idol using navapashana in some places like palani murugan temple .Navapashana is so special that only siddhas or people who get their blessings can make it can because it is such a work that need the blessings of the divine.The idols made of navapashana is rare and it is said to be curing diseases.

A thing that is like navapashana  is suryakantha stone.A temple which is having shodasa lingam which is having 16 lines made of suryakantha stone which is five and half feet high is considered as special as it is constructed in a way that  it represents lord bramma,siva and vishnu in a single idol.The temple is said to be more than 500 years old.It is situated in salem district.It is on the way to attur to kallakurichi route and one have to get down in  
ammayagaram bus stop and from there the temple is situated at a distance of 1 km on west side. 

sage kaga pujandar had attained siddhi here.Ambigai here is called as swarnambigai and people who are doing agriculture worship her to get better income in their work.
