Here lord murga can be seen on a lion and peacock can also be seen above the lion which is the vehicle of Goddess parvathi. Milk abhisegam and santhana kaappu are offered by devotees after fulfillment of wishes.

This temple is situated on the way to ponneri from koyambedu bus stand at a distance of 40 kms near aandaar kuppam.From there one has to travel 1 km to reach the temple.
