Sage agasthiar about brammahatthi dosha

 When a wrong thing is done the goal is analysed by god for what reason the bad thing was done and in decimals the brammahatthi dosha will be evaluated. 

If the goal was for public good or individual benefit both will be brammahatthi but pavam  punniyam calculation will differ in decimals.
