Virutcha Shastra - Venus dasa - Sun bhukti

During venus dasa, sun bhukti is the second  subperiod.For avoiding ill effects of venus placed in unfavourable places in one's astrological chart, one has to plant marutha maram (terminalia arjuna) in road sides pond sides and temple garden as described in virutcha shastra.It is called மருத மரம் in Tamil. 

To avoid the ill affects of venus one has to plant marutham during the first sunday morning of  venus dasa sun bhukti. Before a day of plantation, little bit of  wheat is immersed in water.After plantation, wheat water should be supplied to the plant.Wheat should be given to birds.
