Sage agasthiyar has revealed people has to follow jeeva karunya method of life without harming anyone. People has to light lamp by grinding raw rice and placing navathanya and lamp above it. One has to feed no of living beings parallel to no of lamps.

One has to visit pancha pootha temples and arupadai veedu of lord murugan. One has to rise early feed other living beings and return to old ways of life by reading kantha shasti kavasam,  vishnu sahasranamam.
