Virutcha Shasthra - Mercury Dasa - jupiter bhukti

The seventh sub period that comes in mercury dasa is jupiter bhukti.For avoiding bad effects caused by mercury, one has to plant palasu maram (Butea frondosa) according to virutcha shastra.It is called as பலாசு மரம் in Tamil.



The plant has to be planted on temple garden, pond sides, backyard of the house and public charities.The plant has to be planted during first thursday morning of mercury dasa jupiter bhukti period.Before one day of plantation, little bit of chick peas has to be immersed in water. After plantation chick peas water has to be served to the plant.The chick peas should be given to cows.
